Are you New to Diabetes — Wondering What Do I Do Now?

Being diagnosed with diabetes can be scary, overwhelming, upsetting, and confusing.

Marcia knows how to explain what diabetes is and what steps to take to begin to control your diabetes in a way that is easy to understand. Her “New to Diabetes“ program is a 2 hour class is offered monthly and is ideal for someone just diagnosed with diabetes, but is also suitable for anyone who needs to know the basics on getting started after a diagnosis of Diabetes.

Topics covered in this program are:

  • What is going on in your body when you have diabetes
  • What the numbers for your blood sugar levels mean, and what makes them go up and down
  • What to eat when you have diabetes
  • Answers to your burning questions on how to eat with diabetes and still live a happy life

Join this small group atmosphere where the education about living with diabetes is fun and interactive.

It is held at Victoria’s Last Bite in Lynn Haven, Florida while the restaurant is closed to the public. Dinner is included and part of the education.

Investment: $65.00 per person. $110 for 2, if registered together. (dinner is included)
