While attending a Diabetes Educators conference a few years ago, I learned that children have died because their symptoms were not recognized as diabetes, they were not diagnosed and treated, and they died. With the rising cost of food we are all thinking about ways we can save money at the grocery store and still eat well. This week I am sharing my favorite tips to help you Save Money at the Grocery Store. 1. Shop your pantry and fridge first. Take the time to see what you already have!
