The Healthy Weigh LifeSteps Group will show you how to manage your weight and keep it off as a result of changing your mindset, habits and lifestyle.
You will be able to tailor the program to fit your own needs. Everyone is unique and has different eating and exercise habits, weight loss goals, and schedules.
Healthy Weigh LifeSteps program combines proven behavior change techniques with eating and exercise plans that you design. Because you design them, they fit your lifestyle; you can live with them, and THEY WILL WORK.
There is no special diet or extreme exercises. You can eat the food you love and what your family eats. You choose how you’ll get more exercise in a way that is right for you and your schedule.
You’ll learn to ask for help and get the support you need from family, friends, and co-workers.
You’ll learn strategies to help you manage your personal high risk situations.
Here’s What Happens in the Program:
- Gain confidence with a nutrition expert teaching you proven weight management techniques.
- Learn the lifestyle habits for long term weight loss in our 16 weekly in-person group meeting.
- Get hundreds of ideas for making new eating and exercise habits part of your life in your personal LifeSteps® Notebook.
- Have accountability and get feedback to get to your goals quicker with weekly Food and Activity Records.

I am a compassionate, trusted and licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 30 years experience dedicated to evidenced-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies that are healthy and effective.
Being a nutrition expert I know the science and strategies behind helping all kinds of people. Everyone is unique and there is not one way to reach a goal. Unlike some popular programs, I am not a layperson who had success who now gets paid to coach you to do what I did.
