Do you love the taste of butter? I sure do. The problem with butter is that it is high in saturated fat, the kind that can make your LDL (Low Down and Lousy)-cholesterol go up and clog your arteries. I work with people diabetes to make simple swaps to reduce their saturated fat intake. I'm staying positive and using some my extra time at home trying new recipes. I really liked how these easy quesadiilas were crispy in such a short time with just a little bit of oil.
