Orange Bran Flax Muffins are a delicious treat and have a lot of healthy ingredients. This muffin works well with breakfast or as a snack between meals. This is my family's favorite muffin. It has a terrific orange flavor from using whole oranges with peel. It has a nice texture and stays moist for several days.
